Welcome to SOLSIES, a nearshore IT services provider based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. By using our website, services, or any related digital platforms, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

SOLSIES offers website design, hosting, business email solutions, and technical support services for businesses in Mexico and the United States.

2. Payments and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Local clients in Mexico may pay in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate of the day.
  • Payments through PayPal are also accepted.
  • If your business is registered in Mexico, we can issue a CFDI (electronic invoice) in compliance with Mexican tax regulations.
  • For clients outside of Mexico, we can provide an official payment receipt for record purposes.

3. Service Delivery

Upon receiving payment confirmation, SOLSIES will begin the agreed-upon project or service within the timeframe discussed with the client.
All timelines, deliverables, and requirements will be documented via email or an online project management tool.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.
  • Any pending balances up to the date of cancellation must be covered in full.
  • No refunds are issued once service creation or project development has started.
  • Hosting, domain, or email renewals are non-refundable once activated.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, texts, images, designs, and content developed by SOLSIES remain the intellectual property of SOLSIES until the client’s balance is fully paid.
Once payment is completed, ownership of the client’s specific project (such as website files or design materials) will be transferred to the client.


6. Limitation of Liability

SOLSIES is not responsible for:

  • Downtime caused by external providers (hosting, domain registrars, or email services).
  • Data loss due to third-party tools or user error.
  • Interruptions, cyberattacks, or technical failures outside our direct control.

SOLSIES will make reasonable efforts to maintain secure and continuous operation for all services under its management.


7. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
The official and legally binding language of this document is English.
